Muhammad listening to the Archangel Gabriel

18.  THE FLAW IN TRADITIONAL ISLAMIC BELIEF

Question: Why is Islam NOT the true religion?
Answer: Because Islam does not fulfil God's Perpetual Covenant with Abraham.

The Islamist's cultural 'world-view' is counter to a free world society. The oft-stated ultimate goal of Islam is for every society to be subject to Islamic Law. Islam, for them, is the only 'true religion' of God, (Koran 3:19,86; 4:114; 5:86) and therefore has authority to govern the whole world. As such, Islam poses the greatest threat to human freedom. (See Article 2, Article 4, Article 9 & Article 17)

But, there is a fundamental flaw which exists at the very root of Islam. In summary it is this: Islam acknowledges that God established a Covenant with Abraham around 2000 BC. (Koran 2:122-4; 4:125; 5:12; 33:7; Genesis 17:1-21) In Genesis, God promised Abraham that, "In you, all the nations of the world shall be blessed." (Genesis 12:3)"I have made you a father of many nations." (Genesis 17:4,19) "Your descendants shall be as the stars of heaven and the grains of sand on the seashore." (Genesis 22:16,17) But, the Koran and Muhammad, ignore all of the prophecies regarding the Messiah as being the One through Whom God is to fulfil the 'Perpetual Covenant' He made with Abraham beginning 2,600 years before the advent of Islam. (Genesis 17:7,19,21; Matthew 5:17,18; Luke 24:44-49)

Abraham had two sons. The first son was Ishmael whose mother was Hagar the servant-girl of Abraham's barren wife Sarah. (Genesis 16:11,12; 17:20,21) His second son was Isaac who was born to Sarah and Abraham by God's miraculous intervention. (Genesis 17:15-22) (See Article 13; and Article 24)

God gave Isaac's son Jacob the name of 'Israel' (Genesis 32:28) and this line of Abraham, Isaac and 'Israel' was to be the line blessed by God from whom would emerge Christ, the Messiah, in Whom "all the nations would be blessed." The Messiah, 'the Anointed One' is the Christ, the eternally generated Son of God the Father (Article 20) "sent by the Father to be the Saviour of the world" (1 John 4:14) "the only One by Whom men can be saved" (Acts 4:12) who was to fulfil all that was foretold of Him through the centuries by the Prophets. (Matthew 5:17,18; Luke 24:44-49) In and through Christ has been, and still is being, fulfilled God's 'Perpetual Covenant' with Abraham in His "blessing of all the nations" (Genesis 22:1-18) and so, no further 'revelations' are possible or necessary for the fulfilling of His Plan and Promise to Abraham. His Plan is accomplished in His Messiah, and is still in the process of coming to its completion at the end of the world through the Church which the Messiah founded to continue His Mission. (Matthew 16:13-19 and see Article 11 & Article 16)

Enter Muhammad in the year 570 AD, (about 2,600 years after Abraham and 600 years after the Messiah) who comes to believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Ishmael. (Koran 2:136; 3:83) He is a 'child of Abraham' through the line of Ishmael. (Genesis 17:20) Muhammad mistakenly believes his 'revelations' have come to him through the Angel Gabriel who appeared to the Virgin Mary telling her that she would be the mother of the Messiah, who is 'Emmanuel ': which means 'God with us'. (Luke 1:26-38; Isaiah 7:14 & 9:6-8 & Micheas 5:2.)

But, Muhammad's angel of the Koran, contradicts Gabriel and the prophets saying He, The Messiah, is "no more than an apostle." (Koran 5:75) The contradiction, clearly a lie, shows this angel to be an impostor. (John 8:44; 2 Corinthians 11:14; 2 Thessalonians 2:9) Muhammad and his angel take no account of the fact that God's Covenant with Abraham, and its fulfilment, was very explicitly to be realised through the line of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. (Genesis 17:15-21) Very simply and explicitly therefore, it was NOT EVER going to be fulfilled through the line of Ishmael and Muhammad.

The Messiah, through Whom the 'Perpetual Covenant' was to be fulfilled, would be of the line of Isaac and Jacob and this is the fundamental flaw in Islam !!! THE FLAW IS IN ITS VERY ROOT! Muhammad and Islam are of the line of Ishmael. They are NOT of the line of God's 'Perpetual Covenant' with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and thus, Islam can NEVER be considered to be the dispenser of God's blessings upon "all the nations". The 'Dispenser' is the eternally generated Divine Son of the Father incarnated of the Virgin Mary. (Genesis 2:3; 18:18; 28:10-14; Acts 4:12 and see Article 20.)

As the Messiah Himself said, "Salvation is of the Jews." (John 4:22) "No one can come to the Father except by Me." (John 14:6) So, Islam has been operating for 14 centuries as Victim to the 'Impostor-Angel's' deceits !!! (See Articles 3, 4, 19, 21, 22 and 25)

The followers of Muhammad have been taught to believe:
"the Messiah, the son of Mary was no more than an apostle," (Koran 5:75) and that, "The only true faith in God's sight is Islam" (Koran 3:19,86) but they are now in a position to understand it was the cunning deceptions of 'the fallen angel' which have made it impossible for them to realise that God's Covenant with Abraham is being fulfilled, and will continue to be fulfilled, perpetually, through all of the ages, till the end of the world, by the Jewish Messiah and His Church. (Matthew 16:19; 28:18-20) This is why the religion of the Messiah IS the true religion. Because it is God's way of fulfilling the 'Perpetual Covenant' He made with Abraham. And this is why Islam can NEVER claim RIGHTLY to be the true religion.

The way of Islam is the Koran and Sharia Law. (See Articles 2, 3, 4, 17, 23 & 24)

The way of the Messiah is the Ancient Scriptures, the Commandments and the Laws of Love. As the Scripture says:
"The Law and the Prophets were until John; (John the Baptist - herald of the Messiah, Isaiah 40:3; Luke 1:17 - 600 years before Muhammad and the Koran.) since that time the Kingdom of God is preached...." (by the Messiah and His Church) (Luke 16:16) "No other name is given to men by whom we can be saved." (Acts 4:12)

Footnote:
His Holiness John Paul II noted in his book 'Crossing the Threshold of Hope': "...the God of the Koran...is...a God who is only Majesty, never Emmanuel, God-with-us. There is no room for the Cross and the Resurrection." And, "In countries where fundamentalist movements come to power,...religious freedom comes to mean freedom to impose, on all citizens, the (their) 'true religion' ". (Pages 91 - 94) (See Article 7)
